Delivery
At Romina Colors, we take great care in preparing every order so that your paints and art materials arrive safely and ready to inspire.
Each item is packaged securely to protect pigments, bottles, and tools during transit, and handled exclusively by trusted professional carriers.
We ship across the United States and Germany, working with multiple delivery partners to ensure every package arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Depending on your order, items may ship separately from different warehouses — shipping costs are calculated per shipment, not per total order.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, and shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout and on each product page.
You can enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm whether we deliver to your area.
If your location is not currently serviced, we invite you to follow @rominacolors or subscribe to our newsletter for updates as we expand our delivery network.
All orders are delivered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with limited Saturday delivery available in select areas.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible to standard couriers. Additional charges may apply if a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or restricted access.
Shipping Fees & Locations
Shipping fees are applied per shipment and are automatically calculated based on location, order size, and shipment value.
For orders with multiple items, delivery fees will be determined based on the warehouse of origin for each product. Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on stock and production schedules.
We currently offer:
Free standard shipping within the continental U.S. on orders over $150 USD
Free standard shipping within Germany on orders over €150 EUR
Shipping rates for smaller orders or international destinations are displayed at checkout.
Types of Delivery
We currently offer two delivery options to suit your order type:
Standard Delivery
Our standard option for paints, mediums, accessories, and small studio tools.
Orders are shipped via reputable parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and delivered directly to your mailbox, doorstep, or a designated safe area. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Studio Delivery (Bulk or Institutional Orders)
For larger shipments—such as easels, boxed sets, or bulk orders for schools and studios—we offer Studio Delivery, which includes careful handling of fragile materials and confirmation upon receipt.
This option may require a delivery appointment or signature.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a school, gallery, or organization, please contact us at support@rominacolors.com to arrange a custom delivery plan.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident with your Romina Colors purchase.
If something isn’t right, most unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Custom or special orders — such as bulk pigments, made-to-order sets, or private-label packaging — are non-returnable but can be canceled within 2 business days after the order is placed.
How to Return an Item
Small items (e.g. paints, mediums, brushes) may be returned by mail or through an authorized Romina distributor.
Large or fragile items may require a scheduled pickup; our team will help arrange this.
To start a return, please email support@rominacolors.com with your order number and details.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label or pickup instructions, depending on your order type.
Please note:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Romina Colors cannot be held responsible for items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling (for example, exposure to freezing or extreme heat).
